During last weeks lecture, Ian decided to do something devastating to our class - he practically ruined Facebook for us all by showing us how our information is essentially raped by the people who are behind the site and whored out for money (too strong an analogy? perhaps...but it's all in good fun, isn't it?).
Anyway, the video he showed us and the facts he presented reminded me of an article I read on the site of "Adbusters", an alternative magazine, called "Quit Facebook". It just talks about the "face" we create on Facebook and the repercussions of deleting this "face".
